Almost too well. I've had to turn away several months worth of work over the past couple of months. The fact is that most of the work I've turned away will simply be queued up, but that's no good from a customer satisfaction point of view.<br /><br />I've been working on trying to hire someone to help with the workload, but I'm on the road quite a bit for the next several weeks, so even if I find a resume that I like, I couldn't interview them back in my office anyway. Phone screens are fine to start with, but face to face interviews are something of a necessity.<br /><br />I'm coming up on the one year anniversary of going independent, so I'll be writing an article on the one year anniversary and on the goals that I set forth at the beginning of the year.
