I will never set foot in a 99 Restaurant (namely the Norwell, MA location) again, after the lack of customer support they showed our infant daughter this weekend. They sat us (My husband, I, my parents, and our two daughters (a 4 year old and a 9 month old) at the first booth in the restaurant when you walk in. They gave my infant daughter a highchair, however everyone kept brushing her when they would walk by to their booth. So my husband who was trying to feed her, picked her up out of the highchair and she started crying so he went to get up and tripped over her highchair, lost his balance and my daughter went flying out of his arms and hit the tile floor in their restaurant. My husband scooped her up took her outside - it became immediately clear that we needed to take her to the Emergency Room as she hit her head quite hard.

The manager came outside slowly and said, "Oh my kids have fallen before and they were okay." Wrong response! Then when I told him we needed to leave, he came in and slowly packaged up our food that we did not get to eat, gave us no utensils and made my dad wait very long so that he could charge him and ring up our bill. Never once did anyone at that restaurant offer to call an ambulance for us or offer ice for my 9 month old daughter. I am mortified, that they made us wait so they could ring in the bill. My husband called that evening and spoke with a different manager and she was disgusted by the previous managers behavior and reaction to our situation and said she would escalate it to the regional manager and would get back to us that evening... we are STILL waiting for a phone call! So no matter HOW GOOD the 99's food is, I will NEVER give them my business again!!
