Of course it needs to be moderated. Otherwise you would get not appropriate e-mail that would destroy the reputation and the quality of the web site from competitors and wanta be’s.

Yes it’s moderated. The only reason it’s moderated is because of the sheer amount of comment spam that I get. Yesterday I deleted around 100 comment spam messages. Everything that is a legitimate message goes through.

Oh, you’re absolutely right. I have no intentions of negotiating the contract with him. It’s a take it or leave it and any contact with me beyond a faxed acceptance will be regarded as implicit acceptance.

Not sure if that would hold up in court, but I think that anti-telemarketer laws might apply, especially since I’m answering the calls on my cell phone.

Their accounting department will love the bills they get because I charge a minimum of 15 minute intervals. I suppose as soon as he calls, I could hang up and bill him for 15 minutes. That’s an easy way to make $50.

Be careful. Your time is more valuable than his and he could decide to play the game and spend the next year faxing back contract changes and calling you every week with status updates and other things to waste your time. I’d just quietly ignore all unsolicited communications and go back to work.
