Problem is much deeper. PM makes bad decision from perspective of good product. At the same time market will be fine with such product, while each and every person might have issues. My "king of the hill"-problem is planning. As someone said - "planning is guessing". If you're (all who are concerned in) good in planning/guessing - you'll have no problem with successful polished release.
